London, 18th November 2025 - Honda Finance Europe (HFE) is partnering with Loop to centralise and streamline visit reporting, creating a clear audit trail of conversations between the dealer and HFE. The finance arm of Honda, HFE acts as a partner to the dealers, delivering finance to customers and providing tools to help dealers meet their regulatory obligations.
By rolling out Loop’s dealer visit and action tools, HFE aims to bring structure and consistency to field visits across its network, supporting a more consistent and transparent experience for customers.
Via the two tools, the Loop platform gives a clear and repeatable structure for every dealer visit. The visit management tool helps teams follow a shared agenda, capture what’s discussed in the meeting and automatically build a clear audit trail. This makes it easier to plan consistent visits, guide meaningful conversations and leave dealers with clear actions.

This provides a clear audit trail as each action has an owner, due date and status all tracked in one place. Only the right people can view or update each action, with visibility across the hierarchy. Together the tools enable faster follow-up and better performance.
