Loop Launches Operate as AION Selects Loop to Support Dealer Network

London, Tuesday 9th June 2026 - Loop, the platform trusted by more than 25 vehicle and equipment OEMs globally to improve their dealer network performance, has expanded its capabilities with the launch of Loop Operate.

Loop Operate gives vehicle and equipment OEMs a simpler way to work with dealer partners. From onboarding dealers and getting contracts ready and approved, to maintaining accurate information, locations and contacts, it brings the complexities of dealer lifecycle management into one place. As a result, dealers can be onboarded faster, processes stay consistent across the network and critical information remains accurate, accessible and governed over time. With dealers having more time to focus on being truly customer centric.

This launch comes at a dynamic and challenging time for the automotive industry. Legacy manufacturers face intensifying competition from new market entrants and, for their part, the new entrants are working to tempt customers to try something new by offering competitive pricing, digital-first experiences and strong customer service propositions.

In the automotive market, Deloitte’s 2025 Global Automotive Consumer report, only 39% of UK consumers bought the same car brand as they purchased last time. It’s clear that customers have greater choice and are more willing to switch - so ensuring that dealer networks are run as smoothly as possible is more important than ever.

With more than a decade of experience working with OEMs, Loop understands that customer experience and aftersales engagement are becoming increasingly important differentiators as consumers show greater willingness to switch. That’s why Loop exists: to help all vehicle and equipment OEMs respond to market challenges by bringing together sales and aftersales performance data, dealer operations and network management tools into one place.

Simon Porri, CEO at Loop, comments:
“The launch of Loop Operate represents a major expansion of the Loop platform, building on our success helping brands drive performance and incentives across their dealer networks. Our vision is to become the mission-critical platform for the industry, and with Operate, we are now providing vehicle and equipment OEMs with the single place they need to manage the full dealer journey as well as achieve long-term customer loyalty and profitability. Operate’s capabilities are already being used by OEMs to manage key parts of the dealer journey. We’re now delighted to welcome AION on board as the brand continues its expansion in the UK market."

AION has selected Loop Operate to support the expansion of its retail network in the UK market as it introduces its first product, the AION V electric family SUV.

Duncan Johnston, Network Development Director from AION, explained Loop Operate’s selection:

“As we continue to establish and grow the AION brand in the UK market, it is critical that we build strong operational foundations and create a consistent experience across our dealer network from day one. Loop Operate gives us the visibility, structure and collaboration tools needed to support our Dealer partners effectively as the network expands."
