Loop, a leading dealer performance management platform, recently launched a new set of performance dashboards for the Audi sales and aftersales operation network.
Loop software combines cutting-edge business intelligence with action planning to create an intuitive platform that centralises data, facilitates collaboration, and drives improvement in KPI performance. Specialising in implementing centralised, customisable dashboards, the software simplifies data and ensures the right information reaches the right people, at the right time, so they can take actions to improve franchise performance.
The dashboards, created in response to Network and Audi Business Development Group feedback, simplify things for the Audi Network teams by giving visibility of reporting and performance. The Audi dashboards are hosted on the Audi Vision performance portal, where centres view their Balanced Scorecard performance and Visit Reports.
The dashboards ensure that all KPIs are in one place and that data is updated weekly. They display drill down pages to appreciate the detail making up the headline results and provide an indication of national ranking versus target and the national average for context.
