March 13th, 2025 - Hyundai UK is partnering with Loop to boost productivity, profitability, and maintain consistency across its retailer network. Loop provides unparalleled insights to the automotive industry by analysing data and turning it into useful actions for retailers.
Loop is providing Hyundai with its ‘Balanced Scorecard’ solution which will mean the automotive manufacturer can simply and effectively track 30 key performance indicators across its retailer network.
The scorecards will collate data from 148 of Hyundai’s retailers in the UK and provide performance analysis, exploring not just which are performing well or poorly, but examining why. Previously this process required significant manual effort which Loop will reduce while providing clearer, real-time insights and actions to improve performance. The Balanced Scorecard provides the ability to surface results at different hierarchy levels, for instance retailer, group, area or region and track performance with editable KPIs.
Created specifically for the automotive sector by experts with over two decades of industry experience, Loop is being successfully used by 20 of the world's top brands, including Audi, Volkswagen Group, Suzuki and Honda across 21,000 franchises.
Loop’s platform combines KPI reporting, scorecards, actions plans, field teams visits and retailer audits in one secure location with additional features including sales funnel management and target setting.
