Volkswagen Group UK needed a new approach to network performance management — it was no longer practical to pull information from multiple tools.
With each brand using its own system, getting a clear, unified view of network performance was impossible. Initiatives were implemented, but measuring their impact was a challenge.

The audience
Over 1,100 retailer sites across the UK — representing Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Škoda, SEAT/CUPRA, TPS, One Aftersales and Volkswagen Financial Services — are an integral part of the Loop platform. Today, field teams, HQ and Aftersales all use the same platform to track performance and act on insights.
