AGCO, global leaders in sustainable agricultural equipment, turned to Loop to accelerate progress across their European network. As a data-led business, they valued insights but relied heavily on manual processes, slowing their progress.
AGCO’s data experts spent 75% of their time collating, calculating and interpreting data on European dealer network performance — leaving little room for data-led conversations. Performance improvement campaigns were launched, but the impact review process was too slow. This made it difficult to identify which KPIs were being met and which weren’t. Regional performance couldn’t be compared effectively, leading to missed opportunities to share best practices.
