Simon Porri, Loop BI's managing director, notes that the system is now being rolled out to other brands within the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, Skoda, SEAT, and Porsche. The success has been largely attributed to the ease of use and the extensive feedback gathered during implementation.

"Loop BI has given us a 10% improvement in efficiency and performance across Volkswagen Group UK, due entirely to its ease of use," Bishop states. This simplicity has allowed users to quickly adopt the system and leverage its capabilities effectively.

Loop provides a combination of tools for KPI and target setting, enabling retailers to improve performance across various business areas. The system integrates financial, commercial, after sales, and used car operations, offering a holistic view of the business.

The platform's intuitive dashboard gives all users a single view of performance, allowing for better decision-making and more efficient operations. It also facilitates the creation of action plans linked directly to KPIs, driving behaviours that align with business goals.

 

Expanding Reach

The success of Loop BI has led to its adoption across other Volkswagen Group brands. Audi has seen a 12% improvement in standards compliance over 12 months, while Lotus has experienced a 13% enhancement in standards across its network.
