Volkswagen UK’s Commercial Vehicles division operates a complex network of 95 Van Centres across 60 Investor Groups. Since implementing Loop in 2023, the team set out to improve performance visibility and drive action through Loop’s scorecards, KPI dashboards, action setting and visit management.

Fast forward to 2025, feedback from the Van Centres showed they valued the depth of insight available within existing dashboards. However, they were also looking for a one-page, easy-to-digest view of performance over time, one that brought together a broader set of KPIs in one place and made it easier to identify priorities, set meaningful actions and add greater value to dealer visits.

The one-page, tabular dashboard reflects the structure of existing offline reporting. Through an intuitive user experience, the Van Centres can quickly see how performance is tracking against objectives over time, with minimal reliance on Area Sales Managers for interpretation.

To further support engagement and accountability, the dashboard also clearly communicates bonus-related performance.

With 24/7 access to daily-updated data, Van Centres, field teams and head office can monitor performance trends, identify risk and opportunity, and ensure actions and visit focus are aligned to the areas that will have the greatest impact across the network.
