MAN Truck & Bus UK needed a more consistent and transparent way to manage aftersales performance across its dealer network. They were finding it increasingly difficult to get a clear, real-time view of performance, limiting the ability to proactively manage results and maximise commercial opportunities.

From the outset, MAN implemented Loop’s Balanced Scorecards, KPI Dashboards, Visits and Actions and Bonus Program modules.

The Balanced Scorecard and KPI Dashboards give each audience a clear, real-time view of performance, supported by 15 live data feeds and front-end inputs.

Two live Bonus Programs track dealer progress against Parts Volume Bonus tiers, while Visits and Actions enable field teams to plan activity, capture insights and assign KPI-linked follow-ups.
