MAN Truck & Bus UK partners with Loop

London, 19th May 2026 - MAN Truck & Bus UK has appointed Loop as its strategic partner for OEM and dealer performance management. Bringing real time visibility, clearer accountability and greater commercial impact across its UK aftersales dealer network, Loop is providing MAN with tools for performance steering and governance.


By implementing Loop’s Balanced Scorecard, Bonus Program, KPI Dashboards and Visits and Actions modules, MAN gives both head office and dealers a single and up to date view of performance.  

By adopting Loop, MAN has a platform designed for the realities of dealer network management, providing live visibility of key metrics for head office, field teams and dealers. The new Balanced Scorecard compares dealer performance across the network at a glance. The Bonus Program displays real time progress against Parts Volume Bonus tiers, helping sites take earlier action to protect and increase earnings. MAN’s field teams are already using Loop’s Visits and Actions modules to plan dealer visits, capture insights and assign follow-ups directly linked to KPIs.

The partnership marks a significant step in MAN’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence. With Loop in place, MAN’s UK network gains a reliable source of truth, smoother review preparation and a more consistent, accountable approach to performance coaching.
